Louisiana State Society Crawfish Boil

We went to the Louisiana State Society Crawfish Boil today. It was just in time. I have been jonesing for some crawfish!! We met up with a friend Jordan (L.A.'s roommate from the summer he worked Orientation) and Jordan's girlfriend Amanda. They've lived here about two years. Unfortunately, they are moving to North Carolina next week. Don't they look yummy???? They were!! Of course as L.A. said...he's not sure if they were really that good or if it has just been too long. But I think they were really good!
L.A.: "Stop taking my picture...I'm about to eat."
Yes...most definitely tasty!
The bone yard.
Happy and full of crawfish!

Round two...
Don't eat the dead ones...
L.A., Amanda, Jordan and Natalie (I don't care for this picture of me but I really liked it of the other three.)
Amanda, Jordan, L.A. and Natalie
Amanda, Jordan, L.A and Jason (another Ambassador)
The caterers...they had a bit of a drive...
We drove back via the George Washington Parkway. It is a beautiful drive. I just love the bridges!
Kind of reminded me of home...
A view of Georgetown
